The Pharmabiotics Conference is coming back in 2027!

The Pharmabiotics Conference 2027 returns to Brussels on 1–3 February 2027 for the 11th edition of the Conference of D&R: Development & Regulation.

For more than a decade, Pharmabiotics has brought together researchers, developers, industry and regulators around a question that remains central to the field: how do we turn microbiome science into real-world solutions?

This is where Discovery moves towards Development, guided by regulatory Direction, strengthened through Dialogue across disciplines, and driven by the Disruption microbiome science continues to bring to health, food systems and sustainability.

In 2027, the programme reflects just how far the field is expanding. From oral and systemic health, skin and women’s health to human performance, plants, animals and the environment, microbiome science is opening new areas of research and application. At the same time, advances in clinical data, diagnostics, AI and emerging technologies are changing what we can measure, validate and develop.

Across these areas, Pharmabiotics keeps its focus on the questions that emerge as science moves towards application: What can we measure? What can we claim? What can we translate into the clinic? What can we bring to market? And how do we turn microbiome science into knowledge that can be understood, trusted and used?

Organised by the Pharmabiotic Research Institute (PRI), Europe’s Microbiome Regulatory Science Center, the conference remains grounded in the development and regulatory challenges the field is facing today, and the questions it will need to answer next.

Once again, we will meet in Brussels, bringing the microbiome community together at the heart of Europe for three days of science, development, regulation and dialogue.
